Hope Cottage is situated in a peaceful location overlooking Redwell Marshes and close to the coastal footpath and Peddars Way making it the prefect hideaway for walkers and ideal for bird watchers too with the RSPB, NWT and NOA reserves just a stones throw away. Only ten minutes from Holme next the Sea beach, Hunstanton Golf Club and local attractions such as the North Norfolk Coast, National Trust historic homes and an abundance of great pubs and restaurants.

	The cottage itself consists of a cosy wooden beamed sitting room with wood burning stove, leather sofa and two chairs with TV and DVD player. Coming off the sitting room is a walk-in shower room with power shower, wc and hand basin.
	The newly fitted kitchen is very well equipped with built-in double oven and halogen hob, slim-line dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and dinning table with two chairs.
	The cottage stairs which are not steep and fitted with a hand rail lead up to an attractive pitched ceiling, original beamed bedroom furnished tastefully with an iron double bed, bedside tables, lamps, clothes hanging and storage unit. This provides a spectacular view across the marsh and towards the sea.

Outside is the pretty garden, part paving and part lawn with attractive shrubs and plants providing a covered seating area with garden furniture. There is also the original outside toilet with new wc! The shingle drive provides plenty of off-road parking.
